Tuition fees and model service fees may be subject to change.

It is the student’s responsibility to research the local and state laws regarding licensing and operation. iDysire Aesthetics Academy is in no way responsible for legal advice regarding laws that govern city, county, state, or country.

Deposits and Payments

Any and all deposits for in-person and virtual classes are non-refundable. These deposits guarantee a reserved space in the selected lessons.

Final payment for all selected courses is due 2 days prior to the class date for in-person courses and 7 days before the class date for virtual courses.

Failure to finalize payment will result in removal from the class.

There are no refunds on classes, but you may reschedule for a later date within 14 days of your originally scheduled class date.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests due to illness, accident, or emergency must be submitted in writing to idysireaesthetics@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

If approved, students may reschedule within 14 days with no penalty to their deposit or tuition. However, each student is allowed only one rescheduling request.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Course Cancellations

iDysire Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to change or cancel any courses due to exigent circumstances. If this occurs, students will be offered an alternative course date.

In-Person/Hands-On Training & Virtual Classes

iDysire Aesthetics Academy does not provide refunds for online class purchases, regardless of the reason.

The academy is not legally responsible for any practices or products used by students that may or may not result in a positive outcome.

Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any fees paid, whether partially or fully, for uncompleted or completed classes.

If a student cancels after accessing the student platform, there will be NO refund.

Treatment/Model Services

Treatments and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

iDysire Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to recommend alternative treatments if the ones requested are unavailable or if the client is not an ideal candidate for the requested treatment.

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered.

Charge Disputes

Disputes of charges will not be accepted for deposits on in-person, online, or live classes, model service deposits, or rendered services.

All sales are final for deposits, in-person/online/live classes, and model services.

By enrolling in a course or booking a model service, you agree to these terms.

Appointment Booking & Cancellations

To schedule an appointment, call or text 832-890-6814 or email idysireaesthetics@gmail.com.

A $50+ non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and prevent no-shows.

If you need to cancel, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment. Otherwise, your deposit is forfeited.

If rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, the non-refundable deposit is applied to a future appointment.

All model deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are forfeited if you do not show up for your class or model appointment.
