Age Requirement: Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

Cancellation policy: In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and client experiences, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: All clients are required to place a debit or credit card on file at the time of booking an appointment. In the event of a no show or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time the card on file will be charged a $50.00 fee. Appointment times are reserved especially for you. Please be mindful of this if you are unable to keep your appointment. Providing us with a 24 business hour notice will help make this appointment available to another patient. In the event that you no-show or cancel less than 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment time you will incur a charge of $50.00 the first time, the 2nd time a no show occurs you will be charged $50.00 and fired in our booking system. You will be reminded of theses at the time of scheduling. We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment.
