Dychetta Minor, MSN, AGNP-C
Founder
Dychetta Minor is a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) with a Master’s degree in Leadership and Administration and over 18 years of nursing experience. She began her career in 2007 after graduating from Milligan College in East Tennessee and later worked as a travel nurse across the country, gaining expertise in diverse healthcare settings.
In 2015, Dychetta transitioned into aesthetics while living in California and has since become a trusted injector and mentor. As the owner of an Aesthetics clinic in southern California, She specializes in neurotoxin injectables, facial balancing and contouring with dermal fillers and PDO threads, skin rejuvenation with microneedling and PRP injections, weight management services, and semi-permanent makeup including eyebrow microblading and ombre brows.
As the owner of iDysire Aesthetics in Pearland, TX, Dychetta provides personalized treatments and trains aspiring injectors through her academy. Her passion for enhancing confidence and empowering others drives her mission to deliver exceptional results and mentorship. As a nurse practitioner, she also expands the scope of services offered at iDysire Aesthetics & Wellness, bringing advanced clinical expertise to both aesthetics and wellness care.

Based in Houston, TX, he is a dedicated medical director and supervising physician, overseeing clinical operations and guiding healthcare professionals to ensure excellence in patient care.
Dr. Washington earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and is board-certified in Family Medicine. Known for his compassionate approach, he is committed to mentoring future healthcare providers, advocating for medical education, and fostering innovation in healthcare delivery.
